Ian Korovinsky is especially excited to be serving as one of Ontario DECA’s Branding and Communications Officers for the 2022-2023 school year. Ian is a grade 12 student at PACE and has been involved in his school’s DECA club since grade 10. DECA has given Ian an unforgettable educational experience and the incredible opportunity to connect with like-minded peers, mentors, and advisors. Ian wishes to facilitate the same unimaginably incredible experience for other members this year.

Outside the realm of DECA, Ian is the president of his school’s business club, helping train members for competitions and curating a unique educational experience for the student body. He runs his own photography business, with the goal of providing homeowners with affordable aerial photography services. He is passionate about giving back to the community and is the vice-president of fundraising at Uplift Ontario, a non-partisan organization that strives to alleviate the negative effects and hardships encountered by those experiencing homelessness. When he is not busy working towards his extracurricular commitments, you can find Ian outside on a spontaneous adventure with his friends, watching Champions League soccer, or binge-watching the latest Netflix shows.
