It’s time to polish your shoes and tune up those leadership skills! Fall Symposium is our first meeting of the year in which all teacher advisors and their executive teams learn about the year’s plans, changes, and get tips on how to effectively manage a DECA chapter.

Keynote Facilitator

From 2023 to 2024, Alex Ellsworth served as the International High School Division President for DECA Inc., leading and advocating for over 250,000 members worldwide. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Event and Design Management at UNLV, Alex will graduate in December 2025. Professionally, Alex is a Project Coordinator at White Tie Productions, where she helps produce large-scale live events. Outside of work and academics, Alex seeks out adrenaline-filled experiences like solo traveling and skydiving, enjoys trying new cuisines, and values time with friends and family.
