Anthony Bretchkin is an incoming grade 12 student at Loyola CSS and is thrilled to serve Ontario DECA as a Sponsorship Coordinator during the 2025–2026 term.

Since joining DECA in grade 10, Anthony has created life-long memories, built invaluable friendships, and discovered a strong passion for entrepreneurship that has pushed him in DECA and all aspects of his life. Over the past two years, Anthony has competed in SEM, placing Top 20 at provincials during his first year, and competed in FMS throughout his second, where he placed Top 20 at provincials. He also served as an executive of his school’s chapter, where he helped mentor members and grow school-wide engagement. To Anthony, DECA is more than just competition—it’s a place to grow, take risks, and find a community that pushes you to be your best. This year, he’s committed to giving back his all to support and strengthen the DECA community across Ontario, making this year an unforgettable experience for all.

Outside of DECA, Anthony founded TheStudyEdge, a fully volunteer-based college coaching service. He provided hundreds of university resources, peer tutoring, and college coaching support through partnership with admissions officers worldwide through Google Classroom. Since their launch in October, Anthony has scaled TheStudyEdge to 3,500 clients across 36 different countries, 30,000 TikTok followers, and has built a network of 15 volunteer admissions officers. Anthony also loves writing, and has been nationally recognized, having earned multiple Scholastic Art & Writing Awards for his creative and critical works. In his spare time, you’ll probably find Anthony playing hockey with friends, traveling and exploring the city, binging Netflix way past a reasonable hour, or building oddly addictive Roblox games you might have even played.

Anthony is beyond thrilled to be part of Team 47 and help you “Go The Extra.” He is beyond honoured, and will help make this DECA year one to remember.
