Sia Aggarwal, a grade 12 student at Castlebrooke Secondary School, is excited to serve as Secretary of Ontario DECA this year. Having embarked on her Ontario DECA journey in grade 9, Sia's passion and involvement have grown stronger over the years. Last year, she served as Chapter Vice-President and has competed in various events, including both case studies and written events. This year, Sia's focus is on cultivating an environment of open communication and inclusivity between members and the Provincial Executive team.

Outside of DECA, Sia is deeply committed to social responsibility. She actively volunteers her time and efforts at local organizations, striving to make a positive impact on various causes. With a particular passion for women's rights and mental health, Sia has successfully raised funds for organizations like Women for Afghan Women and EveryMind, contributing to important initiatives and supporting those in need. She also indulges in her love for literature, often getting lost in the pages of a good book. Additionally, she enjoys listening to Taylor Swift's music, staying on top of her homework, and occasionally giving in to her Netflix obsession.
